Background

OLVG Hospital in Amsterdam were looking to showcase innovative features that would help the outpatient processing and how a system could be designed to test the successfulness of ideas they had planned for implementation in the next few years. We met to get their initial needs and to start designing points of interest that would be placed in the hospital lobby for user testing.
