This application was designed as a visualisation of the new technical infrastructure being designed with NS and the transport providers in netherlands. Since we were developing new APIs, we had designed app guides for each use case supported by the new tech.

This is the final handover given as a supporting document.

Note: This is purely visualisation, whether the individual apps are made or adopt these flows was up to the vendors themselves.

Onboarding of PTO apps

Since the travel app is designed to track all transport, the view of a Transport Operator having access to the API and only seeing their data had to be drafted to see the difference in experience based on access. These screens follow the projected new experience a user of an app from a PTO like NS would have.
